You guide the design and implementation of important projects and initiatives. You actively shape our next growth phase. We are a dynamic, growing and technology-driven company. Your mission - You make effect from strategy: Strategy → Decisions: You help with the development of the strategy and concentration on the value levers, prepare complex topics data-based, develop decision bases and help the business leadership to derive the right priorities for the company. Decisions → Implementation: You make sure plans don't disappear into presentations. You develop the implementation and keep initiatives on track. Complexity → Clarity: You illuminate processes, solve bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies and create clear structures – especially at the interfaces of different teams and departments. Ideas → Impact: You take important strategic special projects, e.g. M&A topics, and drive them forward.

That's what you bring You bring 5–10 years of professional experience. You have collected operational experience, e.g. as a founder or in a challenging strategy, transformation or business operation role in a dynamic start-up / scale-up. Before that, you might have gained experience with a prestigious consultancy or investment bank. You keep an overview and compensate for complexity. You quickly detect problems, filter out key findings, convert data into convincing recommendations and drive implementation. You're analytic, ambitious and powerful. You feel at home in a dynamic and growing company. You communicate very safely in German and English.
