IT Application Manager HR (m/f/d)

Consultancy and support in demanding process or system issues as the first contact person for the specialist area Technical project management and coordination of medium-sized project teams as well as external service providers, including the management of cooperation in IT projects and the planning and implementation of medium-sized software or organization projects in business-critical functional areas Defining and introducing new methods and procedures, carrying out inventory analyses as a basis for requesting and supporting architectural decisions for application landscapes Creation of training documents, implementation of training and management of authorizations Identification, project planning and implementation of necessary improvement measures in close coordination with the department

Higher education in the field of business informatics or comparable relevant qualifications as well as fluent German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Multiannual, detectable experience in the IT environment of central functions with a focus on HR, including the support and optimization of various enterprise systems, knowledge in reporting and analysis platforms, and experience with various SAP modules and interface tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) Understanding application architectures and basic knowledge of on-premise, hybrid and SaaS solutions and their integration Co-operative cooperation with project teams, specialist departments and external service providers, proactive consulting and support of the departments, quick processing of requests and training Flexibility for regular business trips to locations, customers or partners both at home and abroad
