You can do this with us:

• Own implementation of maintenance and repairs on technical installations (electric, door and door systems, heating and ventilation technology)
• Disruption management: analysis of errors, elimination of disturbances and introduction of further measures
• Monitoring and coordination of entrepreneurs: Instruction, control of services and documentation
• Ensure trouble-free and secure plant operation and support of the object team

We wish you:

• Complete technical training in the field of electrical, door and door systems, heating/ventilation or comparable
• Mechatronic knowledge is required
• Experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of building equipment
• Responsible, independent and solution-oriented operation
• Kind appearance and good knowledge of German for communication with customers and entrepreneurs
• Ready for shift work (spring/spring shift)
• Class B driving licence
