Support for the strategic purchase of raw materials, in particular foodstuffs, as well as auxiliaries and additives. Implementation and implementation of purchasing strategies for national and international procurement markets. Implementation and preparation of price and contract negotiations within the meaning of a holistic cost assessment. Onboarding and offboarding of suppliers as well as the introduction of new raw materials. Management and cooperation in procurement and optimization projects within departmental teams. Purchase planning as well as ensuring the supply chain in terms of quality, quantity and price.

Complete university studies or completed training with further qualification. Practical experience in purchasing - preferably in the manufacturing food industry. Passion for food and feel for the market. Embossed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. Structured and independent working and high organisational capacity. Good communication, team capacity and enforcement capability. English in word and writing.
