Collection and management of all single and outgoing pallet movements as well as maintenance of internal and external pallet accounts in SAP Implementation of rebookings, stock balances and calculations as well as coordination of pallet accounts with forwarders, customers and suppliers Control and processing of return tickets, pallet bonuses and delivery notes as well as documentation of differences, losses and damaged pallets Control and monitoring of pallet exchange including testing of the exchangeability according to EPAL criteria Compilation of monthly and quarterly reports and deviation analyses and active participation in the annual inventory Communication with external partners in cases of disagreement and close cooperation with accounting and transport planning Designing and optimizing efficient pallet processes, e.g. through digital booking, automation and system adaptations (SAP, charger apps) Care and development of internal guidelines and exchange requirements

Complete training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or comparable commercial training with logistical orientation Secure handling of SAP, ideally with experience in pallet and charge management Knowledge in pallet exchange (EPAL) and handling of other load carrier types (e.g. grid boxes, H1 pallets) Experience in complaint management, especially in the case of differences, damaged pallets or rejections by forwarders and customers Basic understanding of storage, handling and transport processes as well as knowledge of cargo securing Communication strength and experience in coordination with forwarding, internal areas and customers Structured, conscientious and responsible way of working, in particular when bookings and accounting
