Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team with 5 employees and promotion of professional development Responsibility for accounting processes including smooth payment transactions (including ongoing liquidity planning) Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB, as well as supervision of annual audits in cooperation with auditors and tax advisors Creation of reports, business evaluations and analyses for management Creation of business plan and ForeCast Contact for banks, insurance companies, leasing companies Identification and implementation of optimization measures for the further development and digitization of financial and accounting processes and close cooperation with internal and external interfaces.

Business Studies with a focus on finance/invoicing or comparable training, e.g. balance sheet accounting (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Experience in the creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Extensive knowledge of SAP FI and ideally experience with XFlow or comparable workflow systems Embossed Analytical and Structured Operation High service orientation and communication and enforcement strength First experience in the leadership of employees
