As part of our Risk team in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich or Stuttgart, you advise financial service providers on the latest developments in regulatory requirements of banks and/or insurance companies, the transformation of compliance and non-financial risk management. As a customer, we offer comprehensive consulting services to the banking sector and wealth and asset management. Take the following tasks: Advising our customers with regard to the impact of global and European regulation on their business model (ECB, EBA, KWG, MaRisk, MaComp, MiFiD II, WpHG etc.) and the implementation of regulatory requirements Participation in building effective and sustainable risk & compliance governance and support in regulatory change management / RegTech Compliance Transformation, Compliance Management Systems (CMS), Compliance Testing and Sustainable Improvement of Internal Control Systems Development of innovative consulting solutions, responsibility for services and project progress as well as professional leadership of team members and cooperation in an international team of Risk & Regulatory experts:inside Building and maintaining customer relationships and identifying new market opportunities

Complete study of economics or economics with a focus on financial industry or business informatics as well as very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English At least seven years of professional experience on compliance and regulatory requirements of financial service providers in a consulting company or in the specialist department of a financial service provider Deep knowledge of the banking and/or Wealth and asset management industry including own perspective on market trends, technological developments, regulatory interpretations and challenges as well as risk and compliance structures
