Team Assistant (m/f/d)

You trigger orders from our suppliers and contractors, check and process proofs of performance and invoices. You work closely with purchasing and support in preparing and conducting negotiations with entrepreneurs. You create offers for our customers, coordinate incoming assignments and initial output invoices. You support monthly accounts, monitor payment inputs, perform target/actual balances, and start evaluations as well as reports for reporting. The maintenance of master data and orders in our IT systems is part of your task as well as general commercial activities, such as internal and external correspondence, appointment coordination and placement.

a completed professional training or a comparable qualification; ideally, you will bring experience in accounting or controlling. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Safe handling of CAFM systems or the willingness to work quickly into new systems, as well as good MS Office knowledge. Clear and professional communication as well as effective coordination in the team and with customers. Also in stressful situations, you keep an overview and convince by a structured and independent way of working
