You research suitable suppliers, comparative offers, collect orders for national and international suppliers and follow these

You take into account applicable purchasing policies and all relevant compliance requirements

You transfer acquired materials to the production process and arrange to the corresponding warehouses

You process complaints and coordinate necessary measures

You will check receipts for accuracy and completeness

You provide reliable and up-to-date data

You create inventory lists and take over the collection and the evaluation of inventory results

successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Experience in purchasing and procurement is advantageous

safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems

good PC knowledge

Careful, structured and responsible functioning

good English skills in word and writing

Knowledge of relevant standards and standards of ISO 13485
