ES(H) Manager with a focus on occupational safety and the environment - REF92058O (m/f/d)

As manager ES(H) you are responsible for the construction and further development of the ES(H) area at the Hannover-Stöcken site together with a team of SiFa and environmental experts. Their task includes, among others, the following priorities: Advising the locations in Hanover on all aspects of the environmental protection of occupational safety, ergonomics and hazardous materials management Defining local targets in accordance with Group policies, Corporate ESH standards and management, as well as presenting results Creation and support in the implementation of strategies for ensuring legal certainty and continuous improvement in environmental protection and occupational safety, including health protection, ergonomics, hazardous substances, energy management and fire protection Ensure, track and control compliance with applicable legislation and assessment of possible impacts on processes and facilities Leading and further developing the employees Maintaining and ensuring external certification of management systems according to ISO14001 and internal standards Responsible as Local Information Security Representative

Complete studies in engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualifications Specialist in occupational safety or safety engineer desirable Multiannual Management Experience in ES(H) Ideal knowledge of environmental protection and occupational safety Understanding Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001) Basic knowledge in the field of ergonomics, energy management, hazardous materials management and fire protection German and English language skills in word and writing Analytical capacity and problem solving competence, strong communication and moderation capability and intercultural competence The applications of disabled people are welcome.
