Immediately possible entry time • You work closely with our talents and plan exciting projects with them and our customers and from planning to implementation • You conceptualize new (gaming) formats and ideas that inspire our customers • As the first contact person*in you are in the Daily Business for our talents and are fast, solution-oriented and always with an ear at the heart of the scene • You accompany our talents on journeys, fairs and events and make sure everything goes round • You optimierst processes and bring fresh wind into the processes of our artist management and always in close cooperation with other units of BEANS Entertainment GmbH

Our requirements for you • You are a well-structured, creative and communication-strong personality • You work independently and are ready to take responsibility • You are empathic and trading value-based • Experience in the field of Artist Management or a comparable task field in the German gaming industry is advantageous • You move on the common platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), recognize trends when they arise, and can define and evaluate key performances of the platforms • You have very good gaming skills • You have an understanding of the media brand “Rocket Beans TV” • Ready to travel and willingness to work on weekends and evenings • Language and written language skills
