Renting of flats, garages and commercial premises and general housing services incl. External services in the Mainz / Wiesbaden area Representation of the GWH to tenants, tenants, authorities, associations and other institutions, as well as spokesperson in the “object team” Sustainable economic development, including financial planning and commitment to the needs of our tenants, together with the technical real estate managers and the local masters Procurement and preparation of all documentation and data necessary for rental and management Participation in the modernisation of housing stock and responsibility for rent increases in the price-free stock Participation in the support of trainees and dual students An invitation to tender and awarding contracts (e.g. house cleaning, external cleaning) Willingness to participate in projects, participation in tenants' festivals

Successfully completed real estate training (e.g. to the real estate businessman), additional further development to the real estate industry, real estate economy, etc. Experience in the rental and management of housing Good MS Office knowledge, possibly first SAP experiences Outstanding communicative skills and persuasive ability as well as results-oriented and self-employed work Fun at the team’s cooperation and in dealing with tenants
