The position is in the area of contract and contractor management and includes the independent supervision of Subcontractors in the construction and installation area.

Your tasks:

• Control and monitoring of subcontracting services with a view to on dates, cost and quality objectives
• Proactive commercial management and administration of all Contracts for contractors in the field of construction and installation
• Implementation of contract negotiations and evaluation and selection Subcontractors
• Examination of contract conditions for future projects in close proximity Coordination with internal specialist departments
• Close cooperation with project teams, especially with contract Managers, Construction Managers, Project Management, Engineering and Other Areas of expertise
• Ensuring efficient contract processing Compliance with internal processes and quality standards
• Participation in the selection and evaluation of tenders
• Coaching and support of less experienced team members

Your profile:

• completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Funded experience in contract management and Subcontractor management
• Embossed commercial understanding and experience in Contract negotiation
• German and English knowledge in word and language Writing
• Class B driving licence
• Very good communication and team skills as well as safe Appearance at all levels
• Structured and independent working with high Quality standards
• Ability to solve problems and interdisciplinary Cooperation in project teams
• Intercultural sensitivity and openness in handling international teams
