After your sponsors/ mentors (m/w) have accompanied you through your onboarding phase (especially in our RIB 4.0 solution), your impact is: Transformation projects based on the implementation of our RIB 4.0 technical ERP solution in medium-sized companies and groups. structured analyses, recording and implementing requirements and optimization potentials of construction processes and their mapping in RIB 4.0 To guarantee knowledge transfer by performing training/ workshops with our customers (90% online, 10% on site).

Studies of engineering, construction or comparable constructional training Founded professional experience (min. 5 years) with pronounced knowledge in e.g. supply skalkulation, post-subscription skalkulation, after-contractor and material purchase, etc. Safe handling of commercial or technical building software Enthusiasm for technologies and digital working methods in the construction industry Communication strong, sovereign and solution-oriented and joy in customer contact Very good German knowledge (min. level C1) (Fokus DACH market) and good English knowledge Advantage: Experience in the areas of construction Experience in an advisory function, e.g. as project controller/manager, construction domain in educational institution (all m/w) User knowledge of iTWO/ RIB 4.0
