Injection Molding Process Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibility for setting up, starting and optimising our modern injection moulding machines and ensuring a smooth production process. Bring new products into the series successfully, perform samples as well as machine, tool and material changes and ensure highest quality standards. Go to the ground, analyze process and machine malfunctions and develop sustainable solutions together with production, quality assurance and maintenance. Drive improvements, evaluate process and quality data and implement measures to continuously optimize our manufacturing processes. Share your know-how with the production team and contribute to ensuring that safety, clean room, quality and environmental standards are reliably adhered to at any time.

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a process mechanic (m/w/d) for plastics and rubber technology, plastics technology (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification – ideally with a further development to the technician (m/w/d). Known knowledge in the handling of injection moulding machines, tools and peripheral devices (e.g. robotics, temperature control devices and automation technology) and a good understanding of process optimization. Embossed technical understanding as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working method Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good communication skills characterize you. Good knowledge of German in word and writing; basic knowledge of English is advantageous. Willingness to shift work as needed
