Around 200 employees are involved in our core business area of the rental and management of their own property portfolio. Strengthen our team at our location in Nuremberg as Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Own care of an apartment stock with about 2,000 units Control of technical tasks with focus on traffic safety (incl. external systems, cleaning, care) Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and corrective deficiencies Responsibility for budget planning and control ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities Organisation of housing individual modernizations Interface between technology and tenant care Management of maintenance and service contracts incl. Cost control and control of external service providers

Completed degree in facility management or comparable technical discipline Professional experience in technical house management Embossed customer and service orientation paired with negotiation skills Teamability and flexibility Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B
