Discipline as well as specialist management and strategic development of the People Analytics & AI department Development and implementation of the department strategy derived from the business and business strategy Responsibility for the further development of People Analytics, HR-IT and Artificial Intelligence Developing a modern HR data, reporting and analytics portfolio to support data-based decisions and ensure data quality and governance Strategic development of the HR IT landscape including the control of digitization and automation initiatives Development and implementation of the AI strategy and identification and introduction of innovative and legally compliant AI applications Professional and disciplinary leadership and promotion of employees and executives in a performance-oriented and trusted culture Construction and development of a department structure & culture including value-oriented leadership Representation of the department vis-à-vis management, management and internal and external bodies, partners and projects

Successfully completed studies, or successfully completed training with several years of professional experience, or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the fields of analytics, data, IT, AI or transformation Knowledge in People Analytics, HR-IT and Artificial Intelligence and a strong understanding of their relationships are desirable. Experience in the development and implementation of strategies as well as in change and transformation processes Embossed analytical, conceptual and strategic skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking High service, solution and customer orientation as well as a pronounced quality requirement Structured, independent and result-oriented mode of operation as well as pronounced communication and leadership skills Very good German knowledge
