Trainee Confectionery Technologist - Production, Manufacturing (m/f/d)

During your three-year training, you will learn everything about the machine production of confectionery – from the supply of raw materials to the finished packaged product. Step by step, you will be familiar with the production processes, quality controls and hygiene standards that are crucial to our high-quality products. The following training content awaits you: Commodity and Input Control Machine pretreatment of food Processing of raw materials and additives and semi-finished products by formulations and processes Operating and monitoring of production plants Control and control of process sequences, interference in malfunctions sampling and quality testing Packaging and storage of finished goods Cleaning of machines, plants, containers, rooms and piping systems Executing maintenance and reconditioning Compliance and application of hygiene measures The block lessons at the confectionery Academy (ZDS) in Solingen provide you with additional theoretical knowledge in areas such as: Examination and assessment of raw materials, additives and auxiliaries Manufacture of other confectionery Pretreatment, packaging and storage of products Ensuring and testing product quality Control and control of packaging processes Planning and presentation of product developments
