You will be treated primarily by our project managers and construction managers and by them in various construction projects, their planning and realization. The BImA maintains a task-specific real estate portfolio, including the federal police, customs or THW. The BImA exercises the building function and represents the interface to the user and the construction administration at regional level. In addition, the planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of the implementation of construction measures are at the forefront. Our stated goal is to prepare students in theory and practice for the management of demanding construction projects.
