Completed training in the hotel industry or in the field of housekeeping Multiannual professional experience in housekeeping, ideally in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry Experience in leadership and motivation of teams Excellent quality standards, a look for details and a high level of responsibility Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Safe handling of common hotel software systems (e.g. Protel, Opera or comparable) of advantage Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English knowledge desirable Friendly, safe appearance and a well-kept appearance readiness to flexible working hours, even on weekends and holidays discretion, loyalty and a pronounced understanding of services

Technical and organizational management of the entire housekeeping team Ensuring highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas Control and approval of cleaned rooms according to quality standards Service and holiday planning for the housekeeping team Processing, training and continuous development of employees Close cooperation with the reception, home technology and laundry to ensure smooth operation Ordering, administration and control of cleaning and guest materials Contact person for guests in the Housekeeping area Support in the development and implementation of sustainability and quality measures in the field of cleaning and laundry Ensuring a well maintained and welcoming appearance of the entire house
