We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein. For our outpatient offers ''Arche Noah'' and ''Klingenberg''' we are looking for one/one Medical Assistant in, Teacher in (m/w/d) Working environment In the inclusive “Arche Noah” residential project in Halstenbek we support 24 clients with different assistance needs. In addition to accompaniment in everyday life, we advise and support our clients in achieving individual goals such as the inclusion of employment in workshops for people with disabilities or the creation of new contacts. In Quickborn, you will be able to participate in a new outpatient offer. The team ''Klingenberg' will support 9 people with disabilities in all everyday practical requirements and the development of a daily structure. People live in their own homes or housing communities. You are involved in a supporting team of colleagues. We are happy to move together with you.
