In your degree in Business Administration Bachelor (m/w/d) with the focus on Sales Management, you combine well-founded practice experience with an academic degree at FOM Hamburg. Look forward to exciting challenges within an exciting environment in the B2B business and learn how we can not only reliably supply our customers with coffee but also with our complete package around our coffee systems. You're going through essential stations of our B2B business and immersing yourself in the world of the B2B market Your tasks include supporting your experienced team in day-to-day business as well as smaller projects. At the Tchibo Coffee Service, you will always get to know our departments, such as sales, marketing or shopping. In your training, you will be accompanied by internal seminars and projects with other interns, trainers and fellow students.

You have completed (special) abitur with (very) good grades and are interested in versatile and demanding business in the B2B sector. You are curious about complex processes and innovative solutions, especially in the area of coffee systems and their distribution. Ideally, you bring good English skills. You are an open-minded and committed person who enjoys finding solutions while others still think about the problems, and think about ideas in the same way. From 1 February 2027, you have the time to begin your dual study.

You will receive an attractive salary (1st year: 1.250 euros per month, 2nd year: 1.350 euros per month, 3rd year: 1.550 euros per month, 4th year: 1.750 euros per month) as well as holiday and Christmas money. There is something for every taste: with restaurant, bistro, cafeteria and free drinks you are well served. And on Christmas there is the Tchibo Christmas roast, also vegan.
