Up and expansion of CRM functionalities in new machines Sales

Support the Global CRM Roll Outs for the SFT Division in Service

Implement and accompany CRM projects

Recording and Validating Business Requirements and Interface Tuning with IT and the Central CRM Team

Continuous promotion of CRM usage within the SFT Division

Communication and coordination with the central CRM team and the Key User Community

Initiation of change processes including their implementation and communication in the corresponding areas

Development and implementation of CRM training for different user groups, (also internationally) as well as creation of guidelines and ad hoc support

Complete studies of business / business informatics or equivalent qualification

Finded professional experience in a comparable function in an international business environment (for example in the field of project management / sales / service / CRM)

Very good CRM system and user knowledge

Knowledge gained in business processes, in particular in Sales and Service

basic knowledge of agile and classic project management; first experiences in managing (multiplier) projects are advantageous

Strong service orientation, team skills and independent working

Strong analytical capabilities

Very good English skills

Communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Readiness to travel (up to 10%) DACH/Europe, but also international
