For the technical building operation of a renowned company in Leipzig we are looking for a master house with a focus on SHK (m/w/d). In this position, you ensure the operational readiness of the heating, sanitary and utility technology and take on a variety of tasks relating to technical object care.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 15:30 hrs. | Day shift

♪ Your future task:

• Maintenance and control of the heating, sanitary and utilities
• Implementation of small repairs and maintenance work
• Monitoring of proper plant operation and detection of malfunctions
• Maintenance and service support
• Monitoring and control of external trade and services
• Implementation of technical tours and visual inspections
• Documentation of works, defects and technical measures
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support for general tasks in technical building management

Your profile for the job Hausmeister with focus on SHK (m/w/d) from 19,50 €/h:

• Complete training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning, or comparable craft skills
• Professional experience in the field of SHK or in technical object care
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Service-oriented appearance and sense of responsibility
• Team skills and organization skills
• Good knowledge of German
• Class B driving license
