Multiannual practical experience with GitHub Enterprise, ideally GitHub Enterprise Cloud, in the company context Very good knowledge of GitHub Administration, GitHub Actions, repository management, authorization models, organizational settings and platform governance Experience with GitHub Advanced Security or comparable application security and code scanning platforms Experience in the automation of platform processes, ideally with TypeScript, Python, Golang and Bash Safe handling of CI/CD concepts, reusable workflows, action, templates and self-service approaches for development teams Knowledge of Azure DevOps, especially in the context of migrations to GitHub, desirable Embossed intrinsic motivation and willingness to work deep into GitHub, automation and developer platform engineering High motivation to make recurring tasks more efficient and to improve them sustainably by means of automation Good communication skills and joy in providing and empowering internal customers High quality awareness with clean code, usability, automated testing, stable CI/CD processes and manageable platform solutions Good knowledge of German and English, at least C1 No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
