Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• In your role as International Sales Coordinator (m/w/d), you can support our International Export Coffee Team in the business start-up and order processing and thus ensure successful coffee deliveries to our global distributors .
• The focus is on the distribution of the international coffee range (Davidoff Café, Molinari, Tchibo and Eduscho).
• You work closely with our international sales managers.
• You understand yourself as a communicative interface between our international distributors, importers and our internal stakeholders (logistics, planning, production, accounting and controlling).
• You are actively engaged in export processing (customer system, order processing, price setting, creation of customs documents, certificates of origin and dunnishing) and support the export business through regular consultations with regard to: Forecasting, reporting and analysis .

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You have a successfully completed commercial training in foreign trade or a comparable commercial training.
• Export experience in a comparable international or sales function (internal sales service) you already bring - preferably in an international FMCG company.
• Your profile is characterized by an independent structured way of working, your team player qualities and a high understanding of the process and numbers.
• You describe yourself as an enthusiastic personality that brings openness and elan in cooperation with various disciplines, cultures and international business partners.
• Ideally, you are experienced in handling SAP Retail as well as Microsoft Office .
• Very good communication skills in the English and German language round off your profile.
