At home we are in Kleve-Materborn. Here you will work in a comfortable house where 55 residents live in full-stead care and 8 guests live in short-term care. In addition, 25 service apartments are attached to the senior house.

The Ranzow Castle is part of the Seniorenhaus GmbH of Cellitinnen to St. Maria with more than 2500 employees who are working at 24 locations in the regions of Rheinland & Niederrhein, Düren & Eifel, Bad Honnef & Trier, get involved.

Your tasks

• You support our residents in everyday hygiene and care for their well-being
• You accompany and motivate our residents to work together and bring joy and variety to their daily lives
• You support setting up meals and pay attention to good and healthy care
• You test health and document important changes for the care team
• You have an open ear for the concerns and wishes of our residents and contribute to a positive atmosphere

Your profile

• You bring a training as an old-care assistant, health and nursing assistant or health and care assistant
• You can ideally introduce a further education as a nurse helper
• You are an open minded personality with understanding and empathy in the care and care of our residents
• You're a friendly way of dealing with residents and relatives in stressful situations
• You convince by independent work, self-initiative and reliability as well as strong communication and team skills
