Analysis of relevant technology and market trends Identification of application fields with demand for efficient data and signal transmission Investigation of possible fields of application for automotive Ethernet, SPE, GMSL, FPD-Link, coax and sensor, flat and multifunction lines Assessment of market attractiveness, growth potential and competitive environment Analysis of the transferability of existing automotive competencies Development of an assessment model for prioritizing attractive business areas The aim of this master thesis is to identify and evaluate industrial applications in which automotive line technologies can be used economically and technically successfully (e.g. robotics, off-highway applications or battery storage). Based on this, attractive business potentials for automotive suppliers are to be derived.
