Development and implementation of innovative supply chain strategies with focus on automation and digitalization Identification and integration of new technologies into hardware such as software for optimizing the supply chain (e.g. robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT and predictive analytics) Management and management of innovation projects in close cooperation with the internal departments and technology partners Implementation of workshops and proof-of-concepts for new technologies Analysis of global trends in intelligent manufacturing and logistics and deriving strategic recommendations

Complete studies in economic engineering, logistics, computer science, innovation management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in supply chain management or technology innovation Knowledge in robotics, automation technology, artificial intelligence or data-driven supply chain optimization Elastic experience in project management, ideally with international orientation Expressed analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking Communication and implementation strength and understanding of change management Very good knowledge of German and English
