Development and development of new products, processes and technologies taking into account food requirements

With application technology trials, you make sure that new raw materials and products work perfectly in the finished product

Editing specific topics for customers, technologists and Hela internal projects

Accompanying the scale-up to warehouse tests

Contribution to continuous process optimization, as well as further development of existing products taking into account modern raw material requirements

Documentation of development results in our ERP system

A study of food technology or ecotrophology, as an alternative a training as a state-tested technician or experience as an application engineer

Good understanding of the processing of meat, fish and dairy products and vegetarian products in the food industry

Knowledge of food raw materials and additives and their combination in food

Knowledge of the application, process and further processing of food and its production in industry and in the craft sector

Basic knowledge of food law and food labelling

Good MS Office and English skills
