Overall responsibility for the management and continuous development of our manufacturing plant producing water-based binders, castor oil and castor oil derivatives Ensuring production performance in terms of output, quality, and cost efficiency Results-oriented leadership and continuous development of your team Acting as the primary point of contact for authorities and external stakeholders in China Maintain full regulatory compliance and manage all internal/external audits Providing regular reports and strategic updates to the management of parent company in Germany Champion a zero-incident safety culture, enforce all EHS regulations and company policies Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure on-time raw material availability while optimizing inventory turns

Engineering engineering degree Established leadership with a strong hands-on, results-oriented mindset Proven experience in managing production units within an Asian cultural environment Strong general management competencies in a Chinese-European business context High level of intercultural competence, motivation, and assertiveness Negotiating ability in English; ideally basic knowledge of Mandarin
