Control and coordination of external service providers in the field of travel management and fleet Conducting analyses and compiling regular reports Maintenance and management of master data in the travel and fleet area Examination and approval of invoices Organization and optimization of internal processes around business trips and fleets Negotiations with suppliers and preparation and conclusion of framework agreements Close cooperation with internal interfaces, e.g. purchasing, HR and finance Ensuring compliance with policies and compliance requirements

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in travel management, fleet management or a similar administrative function Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Analytical thinking and high numerical affinity Experience in service provider management and in contract and price negotiations Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and service orientation
