Controlling Manager (Solutions X) (m/f/d)

Business Partnering is the heart of the newly designed Organizational Controlling function. As a business partner of our Center of Excellence “Solutions X” you work at the core of our business in close coordination with the global CoE leadership. You analyse the structural costs and produce global cost transparency. Your tasks include: Support globally operating departments with continuous analysis, analysis and strategic development of KPI's and present them in management reports. Become the central contact person in financial questions for our global service organization, digital products and the area of electrical & automation. Develop effective product controlling for integrated E&A products and our digital solutions. Ensure the periodic budget maintenance of services and products in projects (Portfolio) and analyze deviations. Build a global network and use it to identify common problems, define effective reporting requirements, image business incidents homogeneously and create added value.

You have completed their studies in business, economic engineering, finance/controlling or a similar field. We are also important: Multiannual relevant professional experience in controlling, cost accounting or finance ideally in close cooperation with sector managers or management Routinized handling of common controlling and reporting tools (AFO, SAC) IT and data affinity as well as the willingness to work into special software tools and data processing systems (e.g. S/4 HANA, controlling and accounting reports) Embossed analytical thinking capacity, a high numerical understanding and a structured working method Communication strength in German and English, convincing appearance and sovereignty over management Cooperation in international and interdisciplinary teams
