You control and optimize the energy and resource consumption (power, heat, water) of our municipal properties. You analyse the actual energy state and develop strategic refurbishment and action plans. You build sustainable energy management in administration and continuously develop it. You perform energy monitoring systems and software and evaluate relevant data. You create energy reports, examine legal requirements and accompany the implementation of economic measures. You work closely with internal and external partners on topics such as climate protection, heat planning and sustainability strategies ''Buxtehude 2035'''.

You have a high-level or technical college degree or a comparable qualification in the fields of electrical, utility, process or building technology or in the energy, real estate or administration. You bring professional experience in a comparable position and have well-founded expertise in supply technology as well as in the fields of energy procurement, production and consumption, including relevant legal requirements. You work analytically, conscientiously and independently and are characterized by a costly and environmentally conscious way of thinking. You have very good project management skills and communicate safely and addressably with different contact persons. .
