Your duties Responsible coordination and monitoring of assembly work at our construction sites Organisation and control of personnel, equipment and materials Professional leadership, support and motivation of assembly teams Ensuring a smooth construction process with regard to quality, costs and appointments Implementation and control of work, health and environmental measures Contact persons for contracting entities, construction monitoring, subcontractors and internal project participants Documentation of progress and close coordination with the project team

Take this with you: Complete craft or technical vocational training, e.g. as metal builders, locksmiths, construction mechanics, façade moneurs, rooftops or comparable Also welcome masters, technicians, polishers or experienced foreworkers Very good German- or Polish knowledge Experience on construction sites, ideally in facade, steel or metal construction Organizational, enforcement and sense of responsibility Self-employed and reliable operation Ready to install driving licence class B
