Reservation staff on evening duty (m/f/d)

For our reservation department we are looking for backup in the evening hours. You like to work structured, keep an overview of several requests and appreciate a concentrated working atmosphere? Then you're right with us. In the evening hours you will take care of the professional processing of reservations, the care of our guests before arrival and the active sale of our hotel services. You are an important contact for our guests and make sure that each stay becomes a special experience with the first contact.

Reservation acceptance and entry into the hotel software Suite8 Creation of reservation confirmations and guidance of guest correspondence Upselling / Crossselling Accepting incoming calls and editing requests by email Active sale of our hotel services by phone Exhibition and delivery of vouchers Handling of guest complaints System maintenance and master data maintenance Support and reporting to the reservation management Reservation control in compliance with our standards Participation in internal training and meetings Edit group reservations and (special) arrangements

Communication and organizational talent Structured and accurate operation Experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry Much joy and commitment at work Very good German and good English skills Team skills Loadability and flexibility Optimally completed vocational training / completed study in the area of hotel ownership Knowledge of the Oracle Hospitality Suite8 hotel program Good knowledge with MS Office programs
