The Team Communication in Linexo is responsible for efficient and customer-oriented communication. It develops and optimizes communication processes, ensures a smooth flow of information and contributes to the continuous improvement of customer experience through close cooperation with the specialist areas. Your future tasks: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Communication Together with your team, you define goals, keep relevant KPIs in mind and ensure their achievement You conduct regular team meetings as well as feedback and employee talks and promote the individual development of your employees You analyze and optimize the workflows in customer service and continuously develop processes In challenging situations, you conduct professional escalation and deescalation talks and find sustainable solutions

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have a well-founded knowledge of WGGG's product portfolio and expertise in the field of bike You know the relevant legal framework conditions, in particular for advertising consents and the GDPR You convince with pronounced communication skills and a secure and sovereign appearance. In addition, you have knowledge of German in word and writing as well as English in B2 level You are safe in dealing with the MS Office 365 applications and ideally bringing user knowledge into an inventory management system for contract and inventory management You have at least three years of experience in the management, development and motivation of employees in customer service and have process and project management skills
