You are taking over the technical and disciplinary leadership of our refrigeration engineers (m/w/d) and the employees in our industrial truck workshop In this context, you create the shift plans, plan the standby services and organize the order assignment to the individual employees, also in the course of cross-site external operations You monitor the complete processing of the order circuits, including dialogue acceptance, take over sample drives, answer the final control and make sure that the refrigeration systems are technically correctly tested and maintained You will also take over the professional and commercial advice and care of the customers: Work safety, quality management and compliance with the operating regulations are at your heart and in this course you will also provide professional waste management at work

You have successfully completed vocational training as a refrigeration planter (m/w/d) and have also completed further master training You also have relevant expertise and can contribute it productively in everyday work You have a truck driver's license, the qualifying certificates refrigerant and the necessary manufacturer training. If this is not available, we will be happy to support you in the acquisition of qualifications You maintain proactive, forward-looking communication as well as an appreciation of employees and colleagues.
