Support in the design and implementation of current personnel topics (e.g. Employer Branding, Benefits, Onboarding etc.) Active cooperation in the fields of personal marketing and recruiting as well as personal care and development Planning and implementation of measures of occupational health management Own projects on innovative aspects of personnel management

At least four semesters study experience in the field of economic psychology, economics or a comparable discipline First relevant professional experience through internships or student work activities High level of initiative and tangible passion for personal issues Openness, desire and learning skills IT affinity and service orientation Secure knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1-GER-Niveau) desire to become a member of a dedicated team
