Employee in a regional announcement center - temporary position (m/f/d)

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as an employee: in the regional announcement center (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich location for 12 months. Your tasks:

You are responsible for the timely execution of the acoustic information of the travellers according to the control unit for the assigned platforms and traffic stations You also serve and monitor the passenger information systems of the stations to be supervised You will carefully monitor the operation and adapt the required data of traveller information in the relevant information systems You monitor the fault messages and prompts measures to eliminate faults

Your profile:

A completed training in a commercial, service or service-oriented area is desirable Your work is characterized by high sense of responsibility, reliability and self-sufficiency Very good communication skills, pronunciation and speech you bring A high level of customer and service orientation is obvious to you You are flexible and willing to work shifts with (3 shifts, holidays, weekends and night)
