Apply now! It takes less than 10 minutes. Manage operations international controlling processes for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Operations Central Functions, ensuring alignment with group financial guidelines and policies

Coordinate and support planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across the assigned areas, ensuring transparency and alignment

Regularly monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs search as cost, inventory and supplier donation, including variance and driver analysis, to provide actionable insights

Prepare clear and concise reports and decision making materials for management and key stakeholders

Collaborate close with SCM, Procurement, Operations Central Function owners and Logistics teams to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives and align financial and operational objectives

Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling concepts, reporting and analysis processes, increasing efficiency, transparency and effectiveness across the organization

Relevant academic degree e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus

Several years of professional experience in controlling, supply chain or procurement related finance, ideally in an international industrial environment

Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into decision relevant insights

Strong SAP knowledge is mandatory, with hands on experience in controlling, reporting and analysis

Structured, proactive working style with confidence in collaborating across SCM, Procurement, Logistics and central functions

Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at different seniority levels

Fluent English skills, both written and verbal; German language skills are an advantage.
