As a specialist Purchasing (m/w/d), you actively support the team in the day-to-day operating business along the entire inventory and supply process - from product master data maintenance to order processing and goods receipt control to supplier management. You take responsibility for data quality in SAP/Oracle, interface monitoring, and the creation and analysis of relevant reports and KPIs to ensure process stability and performance optimization.

Your tasks

• Collaboration: Supporting team members in the operational day-to-day business to efficiently process material and goods flows

• Data management: SAP and Oracle article master system to ensure correct system data as a basis for procurement processes

• Supplier Coordination: Operational execution of the ordering process for defined product categories and suppliers, including SC/PO creation, delivery appointments, corrections and invoice clarification

• Inventory Management: Implementation and reconciliation of goods inputs to monitor delivery performance and inventory security

• Process monitoring: coordination of interface problems and active interface monitoring in SAP to ensure system-based process stability

• Reporting: Creating Reports for Internal and External Requesters to Support Transparent Decision Processes

• Performance Monitoring: Evaluation of performance indicators and derivation of optimization potentials

• Vendor Management: Performance compensation with suppliers to ensure defined quality and delivery requirements

What you bring

• Completed #commercial training with corresponding training, for example as #operator or commercial #specialist
• Professional experience in the field of #sourcing, #purchasing or #creation
• Funded knowledge about #SAP, ideally #S/4HANA

• Hands-on-Mentality and independent, solution-oriented working with a view to the essentials

• Embossed Analytical and Processive Thinking Power and Strategic Understanding
• Very good knowledge of #MS Office, especially #PowerPoint and #Excel
• Very good #German and #English
