Total responsibility for the operation of the gas station Guided and operational planning of your team of about 10 employees Control and control of revenue, gross income and costs Product management: Purchasing, inventory control and assortment control (Shop & Bistro) Ensuring a smooth day business and optimal processes Preparation of Accounting (Cases, Documentation, Transfer to Tax Office) Implementation of sales and active distribution on site Contact for suppliers, service providers and management

Experience in the retail sector – ideally with leadership responsibility (tankstelle, LEH, Systemgastronomie or the like) Entrepreneurial thinking and independent, structured work Organizational and enforcement skills Secure numerical understanding and experience in handling key figures Flexibility, loadability and reliability
