Senior Construction Manager - Building Construction / VOB / Civil Engineering (m/w/d)

You take over the coordination and control of our construction sites according to technical and economic objectives You prepare work and plan construction processes You are the contact person for our clients You sign and lead employees:inside You create dimensions and expect construction services from You participate in the offer calculation You're going to start and make follow-up offers

You have a degree (TU/FH) in civil engineering or a comparable training and already have professional experience as a building manager (m/w/d) You have good VOB knowledge and user knowledge in a costing/calculation program You are strong and secure for negotiation You work independently, are team-ready and result-oriented You have a driver's license and have a safe knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
