You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of drivers: You are responsible for ensuring safe, punctual and economic railway operations The planning and control of the personnel use in coordination with the MRP and operating management are among your tasks You have the responsibility for the qualification, training and suitability of employees The implementation and control of policies, safety requirements and operational standards are also part of your activities You are responsible for supporting the development of processes, standards and organizational structures Accompanying change processes and promoting high employee satisfaction are your responsibility In addition, you take over the evaluation of key figures and the derivation of measures to improve performance

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training as a trainer: in the service (driver:in) or a comparable qualification We presuppose findings in railway operations You have a valid driver's license, an additional certificate and an unrestricted serviceability Ideally, you can demonstrate first leadership experiences and/or have a pronounced leadership potential Your knowledge of the control systems, operating procedures and vehicle technology are very good You also have a high level of communication and enforcement, organisational strength, flexibility and responsibility Economic thinking and safe handling of digital systems complete your profile
