In this leadership position you take on the strategic, technical and disciplinary responsibility for the ''Parking Room' group You are responsible for personnel deployment planning as well as for the management of a team of about 20 people It is not possible without: preparation, execution and billing of construction measures are part of your tasks Controlling the construction process with respect to economic, technical and temporal criteria always keeps you in mind You know your numbers and continuously check the development of the construction site results and report directly to the area management Cost-optimum, timely and in compliance with our corporate policies, dispose of equipment, construction machines, material and personnel The coordination of subcontractors and subcontractors takes you out and with a large overview Our construction sites are located primarily within the federal states of Baden-Württemberg and Hesse, as well as near the state borders of Rhineland-Palatinate and Bavaria

Ideally, you have completed a degree with a focus on civil engineering (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or have a comparable other qualification In the past, you have already conducted professionally and, or disciplinefully, other employees and have corresponding experience as well as an interpersonal fingertip feeling and enforcement ability You know yourself well in the construction and project management - Experiences in the use of casting and in the area of sealing are advantageous Also in the building contract law and the VOB you can find yourself perfectly safe and also count your skills in negotiation Digitalization meets you very openly and master Microsoft 365 applications as safe as ideally also the software iTWO A day-by-day readiness in the above-mentioned acquisition area is of course for you You think and act like an entrepreneur, which is reflected in your independent, committed and self-responsible way of working
