Service Technician Internal Service - Support / Mechatronics (m/f/d)

You are the first contact for our customers and trading partners and support them competently by phone, email and remote maintenance. You process technical inquiries, customer orders, orders and create offers as well as order confirmations. You coordinate and plan our external services in coordination with customers and service technicians. You take over the processing of complaints and ensure a solution-oriented clarification. You maintain and update our customer data and support a long-term customer relationship. If necessary, our service technicians will assist you in technical service operations on site.

You have completed training as a mechatronic, electrician, mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. You bring a strong technical understanding and interest in customer-oriented solutions. Ideally, you have already gained experience in technical customer service or customer support. Knowledge in the administrative field and experience in order processing are advantageous. You have very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level). You work solution-oriented, reliable and implement tasks independently and structured. A high level of self-responsibility, accuracy and organizational talent are yours. You are a team player and convince by friendly and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
