Consultant Facility Management – Maintenance – Plant Engineering & Infrastructure

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a consultant:in Facility Management – Maintenance – Anlagentechnik & Infrastruktur (w/m/d) for the DB Fahrzeuginstand GmbH at the Cottbus site. Important: You don't have to cover all these areas. The position offers applications in different technical priorities, in particular in machine and plant engineering, automation and process control technology and the track infrastructure. Your expertise is crucial in one or more of these areas. Your tasks:

Depending on the focus, you take responsibility for technical installations or infrastructures at the Cottbus plant At the interface to production you ensure availability and operational safety Planning and control of maintenance measures is your responsibility You are responsible for quality, safety and operator requirements in the respective field You enter technical systems in machine, automation and/or track infrastructure technology You are also responsible for the technical and commercial tendering of services and contracts Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate projects, service providers and improvements Reporting and analysis of KPI data on maintenance processes are among your tasks

Your profile:

You have successfully completed university studies in a technical field You bring professional experience in at least one relevant field of the position Knowledge of the planning and implementation of technical maintenance measures In dealing with different stakeholders, you move safely and structured You ideally have experience with technical equipment, infrastructure or automation solutions You drive forward topics with proactive and with strong service orientation, bring your own ideas into action and actively participate in further development You will succeed in carrying out business instructions and coordination Your own initiative, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working out
