Business Unit Controller (m/f/d)

You act as a business partner in a commercial consulting and support function for strategic and operational controlling topics and contribute to the achievement of the short and long-term objectives of the division. You identify market and business risks and actively support the Management Division in launching countermeasures and monitoring. You provide an efficient and meaningful reporting system that offers cross-functional end-to-end perspectives and facilitates prioritisation and assessment of business decisions. You support the identification of economic potentials in the markets and processes of the division, both in the short, medium and long term. You create budgets, forecasts and medium-term planning and evaluate and formalize strategies through appropriate modelling. You prepare monthly business figures, analyze them and evaluate risks and opportunities related to business plans. You create ad hoc analyses, business cases as well as presentations and decision bases. You optimise reporting and systemic basics in ERP and other reporting systems. You continuously develop basic processes and control basics. You work with projects in the field of controlling and interface topics.

You have a successfully completed study of the business administration or the like. You bring many years of experience as a controller in an international company or division at corporate level. You have a strong passion and motivation to achieve results as a business partner and to sustainably increase the business success of the division. You have a very high level of competence in understanding and communication of details and in abstraction for targeted management communication. You have very good knowledge of business planning and performance, investment and portfolio analysis, management accounting, process improvement and the creation of plan/actual analyses. You have very good analytical skills. You have very good knowledge of ERP systems, in particular SAP, and bring comprehensive expertise in dealing with business intelligence tools. You do German and English very well in word and writing.
