Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

You coordinate the team and actively cooperate. You put the right employees in the right places. You take care of the personnel organization, including schedules, time recording and training, if necessary. You will guide your team with the right balance of inspiration, coaching and support. You are responsible for stocks. You welcome the guests warmly and provide a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. You take responsibility for the cashier and make sure that all processes work smoothly. You promote the development of your team and strengthen cooperation.

As a restaurant manager, you have well-founded knowledge in the gastronomy area. You already have experience in a leading position. You speak German and English fluently. You bring well-founded knowledge of wine. You are curious and want to learn the way Fletcher works. You have an entrepreneurial and commercial way of thinking. Quality is your first priority – you always strive for the best result. You can quickly adapt to changing situations and also work under pressure. You act proactively and take responsibility independently.

A gross monthly salary corresponding to your training and experience.
